I've found myself in a summertime food rut. Nothing sounds even remotely appetizing to me unless it's considered a "cold" food. Problem is... cold foods are few and far between if you think about it. Sandwiches and salads come to mind but it basically stops there. Unfortunately I don't like sandwiches OR salads.
So when I'm at home I've been eating PB&J's. For like every meal.
You would be surprised at the variations that you can make to a PB&J. Grape jelly. Strawberry jelly. Crust. No crust. No time? Grab an Uncrustable from the freezer.
Lovvvvve PB&J's.
Don't worry, I have a few go-to side items that I mix-and-match with my PB&J meals.
{Bananas - Grapes - Mac 'n cheese - Yogurt - V8 (because it's the only way I'll consume veggies) - Hard-boiled Egg - CoJack Cheese - Cashews - FaveReds - Rice Krispy Treats}
