It's that time again... I have put off getting a haircut for as long as possible, but today I must make the dreaded visit. This is the first year that I have actually gotten my hair cut by a professional more than once in a year. Usually I get it cut really good one time and then try to trim it myself for the next 8 or 9 months. I don't know why I have such a fear of haircuts! Especially because I've had the same long hair for like 4 years now. How could it possibly go wrong??

Not to scare you, but I know exactly why you put off the hair cut. Ask Tam. She and I have been to the hair "whackers" one too many times. Holly would probably agree too. Cindy usually trims her own too. But I bet you will have no difficulties. It is probably just an Eckstein gal problem. What am I saying? You are about to be an Eckstein gal! It's not too late to back out you know.

I know what you mean!!! Luckily the girl did a good job this time. She actually knew what the word "trim" means. Hopefully my luck won't plummet once I become an Eckstein. :)

Well, it is an Embry gal problem too because I have been in Dallas 7 years and still haven't found anyone I can count on. My hair is long and plain too but I'm always afraid to try anything new because hairstylists CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!!! (Or at least the ones I can afford can't!)I'm glad yours turned out okay!! :-)
